Each piece is crafted from precious metals, natural and semiprecious gemstones, and cultured pearls, blending artisan craftsmanship with meaning. More than adornment, these fine jewelry pieces invite you to pause, feel, and discover beauty in the small, meaningful moments.
For Ioana Bordea, choosing a profession meant choosing a path to follow with joy and full dedication. A path that opened into another universe — one where creation itself becomes the guide. Jewelry became her way of shaping both material and self, from raw beginning to finished form.
“My hands are my guidance; they express what words cannot. I see through touch — searching for what is not immediately visible, and translating it into jewelry.”
With a background in architecture, Ioana first studied jewelry in Romania (2010) at Assamblage – Contemporary Jewelry School, exploring techniques such as Cire Perdue and Nunome Zougan. She later continued her studies in Florence at Alchimia Contemporary Jewelry School and with Maestro Alessandro Dari, refining her artistic language and approach to fine jewelry.
Her time in Geneva further deepened this process, where the surrounding landscape and atmosphere became a source of inspiration and evolution.
Unlike traditional designers, Ioana rarely begins with a drawing. Instead, each piece of handcrafted jewelry emerges through direct dialogue with the material — guided by the stone, the metal, and the search for balance.

Since 2024, Ioana Bordea lives and works in Zurich, where her atelier and shop are located on Zollikerstrasse 12, 8008 Zurich — a space where fine handcrafted jewelry is imagined, created, and shared.
